| Introduction | I am a public health professional specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) since 2013. In January 2024, I joined the civil service as a Public Health Administrator at the Ministry of Health and Population in Madhesh Province. With over a decade of experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation, I have developed a strong interest and expertise in establishing, executing, and strengthening an organization’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) functions. This blog serves as a platform for me to share my perspectives and ideas, along with public health content from various sources.
