| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom who is very happy to be so after nearly 18 years of working in the nursing field as a LPN. I still miss the work sometimes but those moments are limited since I am ALWAYS so busy with my family. Happily, I might add. I have a large blended family consisting of my partner in this wonderous adventure that we call life, Dale. And between the two of us we tally up 6, yes that's right, 6 kids. But don't start feeling for me just yet. Only 2 of them are still at home. The other 4 are grown. I will soon be posting their pics and bios just as soon as Santa brings my my new camera. Which I am so excited about. Along with my partner, and our 6 children we also claim 2 dogs and three cats. We all live together in our 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home in a little town about and hour and a half from Indianapolis. It's a small town and I LOVE it. Everything I need is no more that 5 to 10 minutes from my home. It's absolutely perfect. Well, that just about sums it up. I hope you enjoy yourself on my blog. | Favorite movies | Too many to list but I absolutely LOVE classic movies like casablana, A love affair to remember and Chicago. However, I do crave a good action flik occasionally too..... |
| Favorite music | Smooth, slow Jazz. A little R & B like som Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It on", maybe a little coletrain. I also like country and alternative too in small increments. |
| Favorite books | I have a ton of faves here too. But currently I am reading the Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse series. And I amanxiously awaiting her May 2009 book due out. |
