Introduction	My name is Kinda and I would like to welcome you to my fitness, health and beauty blog. I’m new to this whole “blogging” phenomenon, but I feel that this is the perfect way to express how I feel about the importance of healthy living, beauty and most importantly fitness. I'm originally from Brooklyn, New York and now reside in the suburbs of Suffolk County, New York. I am the second oldest of 4 sisters as well as a married, working mother of two beautiful children and I've been married since 1999. I am also an experienced paralegal having worked in the legal profession for over 15 years. In my spare time I like to stay fit by exercising and am also a cardio kickboxing instructor.
