| Introduction | Hi ya'll. Three years ago I was off to the races in the work-a-day world of business suits and power lunches. But after a disabling diagnoses of fibromyalgia, my whole world changed. Unable to meet the demands of the corporate rat race, I had to fall back on a different way of life. My family had lost their major bread winner...so we had to learn how to make our own bread.
