| Introduction | Hi my name is Tawnya and I love knitting. My mother taught me to knit when I was about 9 or 10 years old. At the time I thought it was kind of boring and I kind of put it off to the side. I would practice it every now and then but for some reason I never forgot the basics casting on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, she also taught me how to crochet I knew at that age that I did like knitting best I liked the look and I thought it was easier. I ended up picking my knitting needles back up when I was 25 years old and have not been able to put them done. I am married and I have an eighteen year old son. I am a nurse and I love my job. I have so many interests but I think knitting tops it. I can always seem to pick up my needles and find comfort. I enjoy things that deal with Godliness, Goodness, Kindness and Wholesome of/for the Soul. |
