| Introduction | I am Melissa, aka mom, mommy, momma, meanie, etc. Tim (dad, dada, the fun one, etc.) and I met fifteen years ago and fell madly in love at first sight of course! LOL! We are blessed with four fabulous children: Chandler, Dillan, Ethan, and Isabelle (three boys and a girl)! I am a school teacher on top of being mom and Tim opened BGR The Burger Joint on top of being dad so life stays hectic but we wouldn't know how to handle it otherwise... HECTIC doesn't begin to cover the last year with our funny family. Our second child was diagnosed with brain cancer when a large brain tumor was discovered and became a St Jude patient. Around Christmas Tim's business partner with BGR decided they should part ways (I am taking the high road and saying nothing more...) He returned to the previous company he worked, Callis Communications. We just try to remain positive and remember God is in control of our journey... |

| Favorite movies | Anything from 50 First Dates to Star Wars... I am not a huge fan of scary BUT since Tim is I try. |
| Favorite music | I love 80's, Christian, and whatever is playing on Radio Disney. |
| Favorite books | One of my all time favorites is To Kill a Mockingbird. Recently I read The Hunger Games series and really enjoyed them. I always enjoy Nicholas Sparks' books and Jodi Picoult is a great writer on controversial topics. |
