| Introduction | Christine Segal is Owner and President of Inner Beauty Workshops where she applies her talents as a Holistic Health Coach to teach clients how to generate beauty from the inside out. She creates “awareness” by educating people about alternative choices in health and wellness. Christine has a Master’s Degree in Education from Adelphi University. She is also a Certified Vision Board Coach, having studied with Joyce Schwartz, author of “The Vision Board." Christine is currently attending Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is working with Jeffery Combs, mastermind expert. Christine is currently playing the role of Sandy Adison in “Here’s to Us,” a television series scheduled to air on ABC Live Well Network. She is also a member of the Blue Spruce Cloggers and has danced on Broadway in New York City. Christine founded the Mount Sinai Garden Club where she has been Co-President for the past five years. She is married and has two children Michelle 21 and Paul 19 and a beastly dog named Abbey. |
