Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I RARELY wear scarves, I hate to make them for the most part, and I feel like I am getting choked. I don't enjoy them unless they are knotted usually, so they can't move up, but that cuts out a lot of pretty scarves sadly.
