| Introduction | I live in Baltimore with my husband and three boys. I run a practice called Soul Body - we teach barre/yoga/cycling and fusion classes as well as offer healthy/pure eating workshops. We pride ourselves in offering the most unique choreography in barre while staying true to the form and function of Pilates. We offer a variety of yoga programs and have a passion for food in it's purist form! |
