Introduction	There I was on April 29th, my daughters first birthday, In need of a gluten free cupcake but they were nowhere to be found no matter how or where I looked. "Where can I ever get a gluten free cupcake in such short notice, that looks great and at a resonable price like everyone else"? I asked myself. That's when I decided that I was going to start my gluten free cupcake making adventure for my baby cakes. I have also decided to add any other tasty gluten free yummies I need to share.
