| Introduction | Having passed middle age,I have a background in Construction, Real Estate, Retail Banking, Wholesale Distribution, Commecial Finance, and Marketing Communications. My education includes a BA in Political Philosophy and a Masters of Managment (think MBA) with a Finance specialty from Kellogg (Northwestern). I'm a life-long Democrate, but lean toward independent. I believe that we cannot insulate ourselves from the larger world, so Americans need to be smart global players. I believe that the consitution says nothing about free markets, and that free market proponents today can't even define the term. So, yes I believe regulation is necessary. I believe we need to concern ourselves with our fellows plight. I don't believe that people or the institutions of people can solve all problems. I don't believe that greed is the primary motive of most people. I don't believe that greed, as a motive, will lead to a better world.
