| Introduction | I am a busy mommy to 3 of the worlds greatest children. My husband works hard so I can stay home with them. I am the Education Director at our church, but am lucky enough that it is flexible so I can do most of the work from home and take the kids when I need to be at the church. Our kids are in sports and numerous activities and we are attempting to live without the convenience of fast food. I know this will be challenging but we will be a healthier family in the end!
