| Introduction | I am an average cyclist in my mid 30's that got into biking 5 years ago. I have a wife and twin boys. I don't get to ride nearly as much as I would like or as much as I need to get myself into the physical condition that I want to be in. I race mountain bikes in Florida and enjoy road riding and fishing. I've completed 2 sprint triathlons. I'm lazy and a procrastinator. |
