| Introduction | The New Mom Central blog is an extension of the work I began with my book "Mama Boot Camp: Surviving Your 1st 3 Months as a New Mother." New Mom Central is about supporting women during their transition to motherhood. My mission is to provide support and validation to women so that they can begin their journey of motherhood well-informed and prepared for "the good, the bad, and the ugly" that makes up the transition to motherhood.
