| Introduction | I am married to a wonderful man, who has been my rock for over 30 years. We have 4 marvelous children who have all served our country in various branches of the military. I am a professional longarm machine quilter who also loves to quilt on her trusty domestic sewing machine. I hope the things that I share here will inspire and encourage you to find what you are passionate about. I love adventure. I have done something that my husband said he would never do "Jump out of a perfectly good airplane." I would love to go rock climbing and parasailing. I am a cancer survivor. I will not back down from this fight nor will I let it define me. I hope others find strength and peace while walking on the stormy seas of life through the things I share. |
| Interests | I am passionate about my family, immediate and extended. I love to travel to where ever they are to visit them. Quilting is another passion I have. I love everything about quilting. If I quilt after 8:00PM I know that I will not be able to fall asleep because the entire quilting process energizes me. My brain will not shut off. If I can combine traveling, visiting family and quilting into one trip that is a win-win for me. I also love to sing and help lead the praise band at our church. |
| Favorite Movies | French Kiss is my number one favorite.! Secone is The Holiday, and True Lies would be third. Something about adventure and romance speaks to me everytime. Blind Side is such a good "lets focus on what family truely is" movie. And for the oldies I love Casablanca and The Quiet Man. Both excellent. |
