| Introduction | Hi, my name is Kezia, although most people just call me Kez! I'd like to welcome you to my blog by telling you a little bit about myself and why I write. I am currently fighting a battle for recovery from Fibromyalgia and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and initially I wanted to write this blog to allow my friends and family to understand more of what I go through. As I began writing posts, I discovered that this can be so much more than that! My main aims are to educate and to motivate but alongside this, I'd love to invite you to see every aspect of life with chronic illness. This means that not all posts will be health related, there will also be other themes including: lifestyle, fitness, work, and just about anything else I get up to!
