| Introduction | I am a high school Career and Technology teacher. I have been teaching for 24 years. I have been on the same campus, in the same classroom for the past 22 years. For the past 22 years I have been teaching a culinary arts/restaurant management class and other courses in the Family and Consumer Sciences department. People always ask me about different restaurants around town, but we hardly ever go out ot eat. I am the sponsor of an FCCLA club and my students compete in cooking competitions. In my spare time I am an FFA officer's mom and go to county live stock shows or cross country events for my son. There is so much more that I could go on forever so I will stop with the animal run down. We are the happy owners of two heffers, three show goats, three dogs, three cats, two turtles and some fish. No, I'm not busy at all. |
