IntroductionI became a paraplegic in 2009. My education background is English Literature and Computer Information Systems with concentration in database programming. I was raised Roman Catholic and have found delight in my Faith. I have strong family ties and they are very supportive in my SCI condition. I like to read, listen to music, hold candid conversations with others, and discover new ways of coping and living being a paraplegic. I'm also a Linux computer buff enjoying many hobbies of software administration in the field of Open Source Software; discovering new ideas of FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) yet being a little old school in the computer field. I like to program in BASH and SQL. I look at FOSS as if it were a car motor that I can tinker with! And with Linux, the hood to the motor isn't welded shut!
