| Introduction | I am a 66 year old male living in the UK. I have been fortunate enough to have travelled extensively and worked all over the world and made some great friends. I have an amazing family, 4 beautiful children and a wife who is my best friend and soulmate, I love her dearly. I am very fortunate. I also have 3 grand children that I adore and another due in October this year which I am so pleased about. My family is very special and the most import thing to me I am now on this journey again, this time I am through the NHS in the UK, and I have to say so far they have been fantastic, of all the knocks they get they have some amazing people and already I can't thank them enough People may ask why write a blog again, well for one reason to remain sane whilst this chaos unfolds around me, to allow me to brain dump this shit so I can move on and as I will lose my voice for a while this will be my voice, to my friends, family, colleagues, sometimes people want to know and this is a path I can take to update people who are interested, but also other people in my situation it might help them.
