| Introduction | I began working with I3 / ININ Interactive Intelligence in 1997, among the first 50 employees, and moved through various roles and locations into 2008. These days I'm an independent consultant for hire. I do some front-end consulting on projects but mainly I have a passion for all things process and IPA! I know, weird...
