Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

Only if the bicycles were really shiny and spit out blue air bubbles when the little fish try to ride them. Although without <i>feet</i>, I'm unsure how the fish could ever ride the bicycle even if it really really wanted to. It's like me wanting to fly without the use of any sort of device - I'd like to, but it ain't gonna happen anytime soon without the aid of hallucinogenics.
