| Introduction | I have been married for almost 10 years; we have 2 beautiful boys both under 4 years. I have a Master's Degree in Organization Leadership and a B.A. from University of California, Davis in Organizational Studies with an emphasis in Communications. I am a pilgrim in the MLM industry. I absolutely love the concept of working now and reaping residual income later. However, I am very disenchanted with MLM companies, their leadership, their compensation programs, and especially, their hype! My aim is to shed truth on the industry, offer a fair assessment of MLMs, dispel any myths, and bring some balanced thought on where they go wrong/right in structure and strategy.
