| Introduction | Hello I am a recent Biology Graduate from the UK with a passion for travel. Before Argentina I spent nine months in Costa Rica working for an NGO but decided to swap the ‘gallo pinto’ for the ‘vino tinto’, ahem, or the ‘casado’ for the ‘asado’ (I could go on) and am now living in Buenos Aires, working, writing and eating lots of cow.
