| Introduction | Mental illness blogger & advocate. I love my hubby, children & the internet! I also love myself including my flaws that I do realize I need to work on. The more I learn the more I understand how much more there is to know and how much I want to make a difference. I want to tell my story... Honestly I want to shout my story from the roof tops. There is no shame in mental illness and there shouldn't be any guilt over something that we have little to no control over. I want other caregivers to know that they are not alone in their struggles. |
