| Introduction | Hello everyone! I'm a 38 year old woman who is loving life after losing 137 pounds. I'm a NICU nurse and love my job. I have two beautiful girls, Taya, who is twelve, and Chloe, who is nine. They are the best! I have a sexy husband (at least he is to me) that also lost about 70 pounds after being diagnosed with diabetes several years ago. This summer my husband and I had surgery through a paired exchange program for organ donation. I donated one of my kidneys so Corey could receive a matching kidney from another donor. It was the most stressful, painful, wonderful & miraculous experience of our lives! Life is pretty good right now! My husband has a new kidney, I've settled into my career, I love watching my girls grow up and be involved in a ton of activities, I love all my family and friends and I enjoy sharing life with my hubby of 16 years. |
