| Introduction | Grew up in a blue-collar neighborhood of a large midwestern city in the 40s and 50s. As a child, attended the movies two or three times a week --just about every time my neighborhood theater changed programs. Spent nearly 20 years on the West Coast, 11 more on the East Coast, before settling in Vermont in 1992. |
