| Introduction | I am a lifelong communications professional who has worked as a reporter and editor throughout Southern California. My current focus is education and database construction. Past portfolios include city government, cops and courts, statehouse coverage, county government, science, technology and environment. I've published an e-book on family history, edited and designed an e-book on notorious criminals. I've also blogged on several topics, consult on social media and public relations, tweet probably more than I should and Facebook slightly less than might be healthy. I'm a father of two, husband to one, and busy tender of a dog, two cats and a leopard gecko -- all of whom feel quite comfortable bossing me around. My current fascinations are with journalism innovation, cycling and logic puzzles and, as always, with books of all kinds. |
