| Introduction | Living in the Pacific NW is a great inspiration to live the loveliest life. After many years of living in a 100 year old house, my family downsized to the bare essentials and moved into a tiny, very modern apartment in the middle of downtown Portland. And so begins a new life for this blog. Finding and connecting with nature and city, which is a little easier in Portland than most cities. I cook yummy whole food meals, knit a little too much, and am trying to find a way to can and preserve this summer's bounty (from the farmer's market) in my tiny kitchen. I have the blessing of volunteering at a Women's day shelter near me. I also work for Mental Health Advocacy. |
