| Introduction | I am a wife, mother to two beautiful and smart children (ages 11 and almost 13 year olds), and a student in French Literature. I am working on my PhD and decided to blog my struggles and my victories on this path so eventually I can look back and see how far I've come. Maybe it will inspire other people, who knows? |

Why is it that our parakeet (who is bright green) can camouflage so easily within any color setting? (I mean even on white!)
