| Introduction | After 40+ years on the couch and losing a brother to obesity, I figured it was time to get up and do something about my health to keep me around long enough to see my future grandchildren. Something my brother would never get to do. I became inspired after watching the inaugural Fargo Marathon and decided I would run it the following year. My year long journey was life changing to say the least. I continue to challenge myself and try to encourage others to do the same for when we step out of our comfort zone is when we really experience life. I was dying on the couch. Now my Ultra Life journey continues........ |
