Introduction	I am a mom of three. Two amazing growing boys and one beautiful angel. I am a physical therapist and I dabble in the birth world as a childbirth educator and birth doula. My strongest passion is as a CPR, First Aid and child safety instructor and advocate. I am a Reiki master and ever evolving student of spirit. In my spare (HA) time I ballroom dance with the love of my life. Writing is my therapy.
