Introduction	For 18 years I have worked as a nurse in the field of Oncology. I have been fortunate to learn many life lessons from my patients...never take life for granted, enjoy the simple things, love your family like there is no tomorrow...let them know how much they mean to you. Tomorrow is a gift, not a given. Although it seems like yesterday, I met my amazing husband 18 years ago. We are happily married and keep extremely busy with our beautiful daughters, Allie(18) and Taylor(7). Kettlebells are one of my greatest passions!
