| Introduction | I am that ant that walked and walked to a very long distance. The one who fell into the water and yet waded home. The one who was chased by predators. The one who was wasted by enemies. The one who went through murky swamps and dusty streets. The one who tripped into a quicksand and yet never gave up hope. The one for whom staying still is a strategy. Biting my tongue and praying for a twig to come along to hold on to. Am holding on to one now. I am grateful for what I am and for surviving (so far).. |
