| Introduction | I've been actively involved in the BSA since I was a young kid and I participated through my youth, achieving Eagle Scout status. I saw the positive impact that scouting had on my life, how I learned things I never would have learned and how I developed a wide variety of skills that I've used my entire life. I have spent over 15 years volunteering with the BSA, in order to give back and help other kids get the wonderful experience that I was lucky enough to have through scouting. Additionally, I am Chairman of the Illinois Energy Council and am passionate about helping our nation become energy-independent in the future. |
