About me

Introduction	I grew up in Lancashire, with a love of reading and writing. I am inspired by anything and everything; sometimes it might be a dream, sometimes it might be something someone says or something that I see. And then the compulsion is to write. From early childhood, I spent much of my free time writing stories and poems and that hasn’t changed! Now I work as a primary school teacher, a job that is a true vocation for me. I still live in Lancashire, with my wonderful husband who has given me the confidence to share my writing, and my Parsons Terrier (quite possibly the naughtiest dog in the world, but luckily for her, also the cutest!).

Favorite music	Evanescence, Adele, Ludovic Einaudi, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Take That, Classical
Favorite books	Wuthering Heights, anything by Terry Pratchett, anything by Jane Austen, Twilight Saga, Harry Potter, anything by Joanne Harris and Tracey Chevalier.
