| Introduction | I am an award winning artist painting representative landscapes of the flora and fauna of Florida. I am a member of The St. Augustine Art Association and National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society. I love to paint in the style of The Hudson River School of artists, but also enjoy creating beautiful seascapes. My passion is to create paintings that put the viewer into a "place of tranquility and peace" a scene where we can relax, breathe and perhaps even laugh a little! I knew I wanted to be an artist at the age of 5 and in the 10th grade I won my first art award at an art show. After 6 years of formal art training, I continue to study under well-known artists and I am an art teacher as well. My hope is to paint for an eternity! My husband and I reside in St. Augustine, Fl and my art is collected internationally. |
