| Introduction | wife, mother, self taught baker, artist. Ever since moving into a home with a VERY large kitchen... I have felt inspired to create... It all started out with my husbands request for a specific type of corn bread (achieved!), then I got into cheesecakes (and experimented with many flavours), and as I gained kitchen confidence, I decided to de-bone my first turkey (the point of no return as far as turkeys are concerned). I had been dabbling in some Gluten free, dairy free, vegan baking, as needed for my friends dietary restrictions... until a month ago at which time I was told I actually NEEDED to cut out both gluten and dairy as my body does not digest it! SO with that head-start into the G.F. world... I am now making myself more dedicated to it, both finding recipes online, or making up my own recipes by modifying old traditional recipes... and here we are! |
