| Introduction | We cannot say how it all started, or where the idea came from, but we can say that everything has evolved steadily over the past half year. A continuous chain or events has brought us here today, online, to share with you fabulous ideas for design and decoration, and even more fabulous ideas for presents. An important event in the sequence above-mentioned occurred on April 23rd, 2013, when I was desperately looking for a special and original present. After a week of searching, both in town and online, I was very disappointed by the local market. Searching on websites from the U.S., I have found a great variety of hand made products which not only looked amazing, but were also low-cost. It was then that I summoned up courage and made a motivational painting for my girlfriend's birthday. I cannot describe the impact it has had on her, but I can tell you that this has been the deciding moment which has put wheels in motion. And from here everything took shape, we have decorated our bedroom, we have built a queen size bed, cut out from magazines, and it seems that nowhere is better than home :) |
