| Introduction | Having spent most of my life living and working in the South of England I now live in the the beautiful and peaceful Scottish Borders with my husband and 3 cats. We live in a village close to the Northumberland border and spend many happy hours cycling or visiting places of interest within the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland. Having travelled extensively throughout the world and enjoyed history and the countryside it is now time for a quieter life. The places I have written about are places that we have visited and photographs that we have taken.
