Introduction	I love to cook. I also love doing lots of other things, some of which (like reading and travelling) directly influence what I'm cooking. I also have to do other things I don't love, like earning the cash to finance my experiments, so my time for them is limited. I am also fairly accident-prone and generally a little chaotic, so my posts will be appearing at random intervals, as disastrous attempts shall only be recorded if a valuable lesson can be learned by all. As I have no artistic talent to speak of and value flavour over presentation, please do not expect beautiful food photography here- most pictures will be random blurry images captured on my camera phone!
