Introduction	As the group responsible for technology at Capital Metro, what we explore and ultimately implement in public transit has a large impact on the riders and constituents of the Capital Metro service area. While the ramifications of the decisions we make are potentially huge, most people are not familiar with the details of the technology behind our service. Through this blog, I hope to change that; and I hope to more directly involve the Austin community in shaping the quality of the service we deliver every day through the technology we employ.
