| Introduction | I am a linguistics Ph.D. student at the University of Chicago with a serious baking addiction. My family has nick-named me "The Fatmaker" because I'm always peddling my baked goods off on them. After becoming vegan several years ago, I thought it was a feat to recreate vegan versions of my favorite recipes. After recently being diagnosed with gluten-intolerance, I'm tackling that challenge all over again. My hope is that this online collection of Gluten-Free Vegan recipes will save someone else some work down the road. |
