Introduction	The purpose of my blog is to share my expertise and experiences with the home buying public, along with a few scattered rantings about every day stuff that happens in life. I'm a guy who's been in the residential real estate/construction business for over 25 years. I've had it with the way the big builders, and their bean-counting mentality, have reduced my beloved craft of homebuilding to a business that puts the bottom line ahead of the comfort, safety, and concerns of it's clientele. Along with that, I'm a dad, a husband, and a part-time comedian and writer. Sometimes I get published, sometimes I get laughs, and most the time I sleep soundly at bedtime.
