| Introduction | I knew at a very young age that I DID NOT want to work for someone else all my life. My father was self-employed and so was his father. I started my first business at the age of 12, painting address numbers on curbs around the neighborhood. This allowed me to buy my first go-kart two weeks later which I proudly paid CASH for myself. I was hooked. After graduating college in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, I went to work for a small corporation as an advertising account executive. I was soon reminded of my desire to be an entrepreneur. I quit that job in 1998 and learned to appraise residential real-estate. From that I grew a thriving residential real-estate valuation service that I still own and operate today. Along the way I had the privilege of being mentored by some very successful people as well as the rewarding opportunity to mentor others in their growing success. In today's uncertain economic times, one must look no further than themself for financial stability. The only difference between success and failure is the action taken. |
