| Introduction | Hi my name is Simon Hughes and I am a marine engineer in the Royal Navy. The idea of this Blog is a day, week, bi-weekly (depending if i can be bothered at the time) update of my training. The goal is to achieve previous hights, loosing my gut and increase mean muscle mass. I will be reaserching into different training plans and and diets, along with finding good supplements.
