Introduction	I am a Marriage and Family Therapist from Dallas, Texas. I love what I do and the people I work with! Therapy is such a fascinating field and every day I am honored to share the journey with people through hardships to healing. I am deeply compassionate, but also very opinionated, sassy and blunt. I like to find humor in the process because not much about hurting and healing is actually all that much fun. The purpose of this blog is to share ideas. I may share some tidbits of my personal life, but this blog is not about me. All too often the solutions to some of our biggest problems can be easily resolved or easily avoided if only we had more information. My goal is to take some of that information along with many of my opinions (I told you that I was opinionated) and package it nicely so that it can be easily understood and remembered.
