Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Scarfs are STUPID. The only thing they are good for is to cover up hickies! If it's not cold out dont wear a scarf. Everyone is trying to make a fashion statment these days. It's so annoying!
