| Introduction | I have worked in textiles since I was 3. My mother was a knitter and my first memories are of knitting. I could read knitting patterns before story books. From then it was sewing and hand embroidery, crochet, dressmaking, spinning, weaving, wearable art. When I finally had enough clothes, I had to search for another outlet and the rest is history. My activities include machine embroidery, particularly with new creative products, beading and paper arts. On the personal side, I live with my husband of 48 years. I have 2 grown children. Ihave recently taken up watercolour painting and am loving it. |
