| Introduction | Hello, my name is Tyler and I'm very excited about K.Chen in the Kitchen! I've been cooking for myself and others since college for several years now and I like to think I've gradually gotten better at it. I like all things spicey. My spicey favs run the gamut of great Mexican hot sauces, Southeast Asian picks like Sirarcha, and great curries. I'm always up cooking different recipes especially Asian-fusion type stuff. Often I think my only limitations are what I pick up at the grocery store! So have fun! |
