| Introduction | Professional - I have always had a passion for photography, since about the age of twelve. I would shoot photos of flowers and bugs in our backyard and enter them in the county fair. In high school, I took a job at the local photography studio. Then I minored in Photography at UWL and worked for my college professor at his photography studio. In 2002, I started my own photography business. Personal - My husband and I met at UW-La Crosse. We have two children, Drew and Mya, and a dog, Baxter. |
| Interests | Spending time with family & friends, Downhill skiing, golfing, snowmobiling, going for walks, reading, and making Drew & Mya laugh |
| Favorite movies | My all-time favorite is The Notebook, partly because I loved the book so much. The movie is different from the book, so if you love the movie, read the book...you'll cry your eyes out! |
| Favorite music | Almost anything, but within the past year, I've started to really enjoy the new country. I also listen to a lot children's music..."The Itsy Bitsy Spider" and "The Wheels on the Bus" are great! |
| Favorite books | I love Nicholas Sparks as an author! Currently, I think I've read every book he has written, just waiting for him to come out with a new one. Currently I'm reading "Vision in White" by Nora Roberts. It is about a wedding photographer. Seriously, I could have written almost every aspect of this book from personal experience. Oh...and I read lots of children's books to Drew & Mya too...my favorite being "Tickle Monster" complete with the Tickle Monster mits! |
